Return/Exchange policy

EXCHANGE/ITEM RETURNS ARE AVAILABLE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT US HERE- WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME TO MAKE THE REQUEST. PLEASE INCLUDE THE ORDER NUMBER AND REASON FOR THE REQUEST. ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW AND UNWORN CONDITION WITH TAGS ATTACHED. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN ITEM(S) TO POMEL. WE ACCEPT ONLY EXCHANGES IF THE ITEM(S) IS DEFECTIVE OR ARRIVED DAMAGED AT THE DELIVERY. REFUND WILL BE IN STORE CREDIT IN THE FORM OF A POMEL GIFT CARD OR ITME(S) EXCHANGE. AS SOON AS RECEIVE THE RETURNED ITEM(S), THE REPLACEMENT WILL BE PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY OR GIFT CARD WILL BE EMAILED DIRECTLY TO THE CUSTOMER. (THE CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY THE EXTRA SHIPPING FEE OF $9 REQUIRED FOR POMEL TO SHIP THE REPLACEMENT AS WE DO NOT COVER EXTRA SHIPPING EXPENSES).

IN CASE OF A REFUND, THE PROCESS TAKES 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS.
